The announcement was made by Hon. Carlos James, Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Sustainable Development, and Culture, during the 2025 State of the Tourism Industry Address and Stakeholders Conference.
“These projects are not just about hotels—they’re about reshaping the Vincentian tourism experience, creating sustainable jobs, and securing our place as one of the Caribbean’s most sought-after destinations,” James noted.

- Peter’s Hope Resort Development Project
- A 280-room beachfront resort, branded under the prestigious Marriott Autograph Collection.
- Positioned as a flagship hotel, this development is expected to elevate SVG’s profile among international travelers seeking luxury stays.
- Beaches St. Vincent and the Grenadines
- A 360-room family resort set to be constructed at Mt. Wynne.
- Operated under the world-renowned Beaches Resorts brand, this property will target family vacations and all-inclusive experiences.
- Palm Island Development
- A new resort project with Phase One scheduled for opening in December 2026.
- Expected to blend exclusivity and natural beauty, adding to SVG’s reputation for private island getaways.
- Cumberland Bay Resort Development Project
- A 150-room beachfront resort featuring overwater bungalows, cottages, a hotel, and a small marina.
